At TRUMPF, we prioritize outstanding service and software experiences for our customers. Starting at our in-house exhibition INTECH, TRUMPF is equipping almost all machines from the factory with the digital service "‘Smart View", an extension to the digital ecosystem. 💡 This provides a comprehensive overview of machine status, helping users optimize their production processes. "The service is an important step for our customers to get the best out of their machines," adds Marcella Montelatici, Managing Director for Sales and Services. 🔑 Key benefits include remote control of machines and condition monitoring to detect faults in advance. We're already retrofitting this service to all available machines already in the field with customers, free of charge. More information in our press release: https://bit.ly/4coM8JE

Soldering is old news – Laser Welding is the future! ⚡Innovative joining technology for electronic components! 🚀 As seen at our in-house exhibition INTECH this week, laser welding replaces traditional soldering and opens up new possibilities for joining wires and strands: ✅ Maximum productivity & flexibility ✅ New design possibilities for electronic components ✅ Highest precision through AI-supported image processing And on top of that: Copper welding of cables of various diameters - from thin to thick - with a green laser, in milliseconds, almost spatter-free and with minimal heat input. ✨ With the combination of EasyModel AI and the AI filter for VisionLine Detect, we detect even the smallest wires and components, always identify the same welding position and achieve reproducible welding results.🔍
